ICR Technology

ICR Technology: maximum efficiency, minimum operating costs.

The efficiency of an internal combustion engine directly determines operating economics. The more complete the combustion, the lower fuel consumption and wear become. This is exactly where the ICR (Ignition Core Reactor) works.

How does ICR work?

The compact reactor is installed directly in the fuel line. Inside, a specialized catalytic element creates ignition nuclei on the fuel molecules. The result is molecular fuel optimization before injection, allowing combustion to become faster, more complete and more uniform within a shorter combustion window.

Immediate effects & long-term savings

  • Internal engine cleaning: Existing soot deposits begin to break down shortly after installation.
  • More power, lower consumption: Faster pressure build-up increases torque in the lower RPM range and supports gentler driving.
  • Significant cost reduction: In fuel-intensive sectors such as logistics, mining and agriculture, savings of up to 15 - 20 %* can be achieved.
  • Long service life: ICR reaches full effect after 2-3 tank fillings and is designed for up to 130,000 kilometers*.

Environmental impact as a business advantage

Alongside economic savings, harmful emissions are drastically reduced. Soot particles (PM), carbon monoxide (CO) and unburned hydrocarbons (HC) can be reduced by up to 80 %*. Every liter of diesel saved also means roughly 2.67 kg less CO2*. The system can optionally be combined with C-DeNOx to additionally neutralize nitrogen oxides.

Simple implementation for any fleet

Passenger cars, heavy trucks, tractors, construction machinery and marine engines can all use ICR. Installation is plug-and-play, no additional inspection entry is required, and the system operates maintenance-free in daily use.
